Coaching Contract

  • This contract is considered canceled without penalty if the CLIENT or Lee Daly Coaching is unable to fulfill the terms of this contract due to an act of god, illness or physical disability of Lee Daly Coaching. Representative, acts of regulations of public authorities, labor difficulties, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, flood, fire, interruption or delay of transportation, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties. 

  • The CLIENT may cancel this agreement by giving written notice thereof 48hours before the first coaching session contained in the coaching package. The CLIENT accepts that the payment will be kept as a cancellation fee if the above criteria are not satisfied. 

  • The CLIENT is expected to attend all scheduled coaching sessions punctually. Late arrival by the CLIENT may result in a shortened session, as Lee Daly Coaching cannot extend session duration due to subsequent commitments. 

  • The CLIENT may cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing written notice to Lee Daly Coaching at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide such notice may result in forfeiture of the session, with no refund or rescheduling permitted, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, which shall be evaluated at the discretion of Lee Daly Coaching. This provision ensures the integrity of the coaching schedule and availability for all clients. If 2 months goes between sessions without contact that may forfeit a session. 

  • The CLIENT grants Lee Daly Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use any testimonial, feedback, success story, and any photographs or images voluntarily provided by the CLIENT for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. This includes use on Lee Daly Coaching's website, social media channels, presentations, and other marketing materials. Lee Daly Coaching agrees to present such content truthfully and will not disclose confidential information without the CLIENT's prior consent. 

  • Lee Daly Coaching provides coaching services designed to support the CLIENT's personal and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment and should not be considered a substitute for professional services in those fields. 

  • The CLIENT acknowledges that while Lee Daly Coaching will provide guidance, strategies, and support, no guarantee is made that the CLIENT will receive a promotion, salary increase, new role, or any specific outcome. Results are dependent upon many factors, including the CLIENT's actions, organisational circumstances, and decisions made by third parties. Lee Daly Coaching provides coaching services designed to support the CLIENT's personal and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment and should not be considered a substitute for professional services in those fields. 

  • The CLIENT accepts full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship. The CLIENT understands that coaching is a collaborative process and that progress depends upon their own commitment and implementation. 

  • Coaching sessions included within this package must be used within 3 months of the commencement of the coaching program unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

  • All coaching materials, worksheets, templates, frameworks, recordings, and other resources provided by Lee Daly Coaching remain the intellectual property of Lee Daly Coaching. The CLIENT may use these materials for their own personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or share them without prior written permission. 

  • Coaching sessions may be recorded for the CLIENT's personal use. These recordings remain the property of Lee Daly Coaching and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. 

  • Communication between scheduled coaching sessions via email or messaging is intended for brief questions and administrative matters unless otherwise included within the coaching package. Responses will generally be provided during normal business hours. 

  • Lee Daly Coaching reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship where the CLIENT engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour, or otherwise materially breaches this agreement. Any refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Lee Daly Coaching, taking into account coaching services already delivered.
